Getting started
How fast do I get my opinion? +
All packages deliver within 24 hours from confirmed submission. If we miss, full refund — no questions, no email required.
What can I submit? +
Lab reports (PDF), scans / DICOM, your current medications, your symptoms in your own words, and three specific questions you want answered. The more context, the better the opinion.
Do I need a diagnosis already? +
No. You can come with a diagnosis to second-guess, or with symptoms looking for direction. The case manager will read your file first and route accordingly.
Is this a teleconsult or a written opinion? +
Written, primarily. Each doctor writes back independently and you read the opinions side-by-side. A 30-min video call is included with the Council and Board sizes, scheduled after you read the writing.
Can I do this for someone in my family? +
Yes — many of our clients submit on behalf of a parent, a child, or a partner. Add their consent (we'll send a one-tap form) and you're set.
Doctors & matching
Who reads my case? +
Board-certified specialists with a minimum eight years post-residency. We vet every doctor before they join the network — three interviews, two reference calls, a test case. 73% of applicants do not make it through.
Can I pick my doctor? +
Yes. Browse profiles and request specific doctors at intake. Otherwise our algorithm matches the panel and a case manager confirms before assignment — you can swap any doctor before they begin reading.
What if a doctor declines my case? +
We re-assign automatically, no delay to you. You always receive the panel size you paid for, on time. The original doctor never sees your file.
Do my doctors know each other? +
Not before they read your file. Each opinion is written independently — that's the whole point. For Council and Board panels, we'll surface where doctors agree and disagree in a final synthesis.
How do I know they are real? +
Every profile includes their training, current institution, and full credentials. We verify board certification annually and publish the verification dates on each profile.
Billing & teleconsult
Is insurance accepted? +
Not yet — we keep prices flat so clients always know what they will pay. Many HSAs / FSAs reimburse for second-opinion services; ask us for a GST-compliant receipt.
What is a teleconsult? +
A scheduled 30-minute video call with one of the doctors who wrote your opinion. Included free with Council and Board sizes; pay-per-call (₹3,500) for Single.
Refunds? +
If we do not deliver the written opinions within 24 hours, you get a full automatic refund. No support tickets, no escalation.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
UPI, cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex / RuPay), and net-banking in India. International cards via Stripe. Bank transfer for institutional buyers — get in touch.
Can I expense or invoice this? +
Yes — we issue GST-compliant invoices automatically. Add your company GSTIN at checkout and the invoice will be addressed to your employer.
